Teetuch Hongkhongkha
BIOGRAPHY
Teetuch Hongkhongkha (b. 1998, Nakhon Phanom, Thailand) is a young emerging artist who explores the entangled relationship between humans, plastic, and the environment through painting, mixed media, experimental art, and installation.
Since 2019, his work has focused on environmental issues related to plastic waste. He uses his unique technique to transform ubiquitous single-used items into a novel and vibrant form that challenges our familiar perspective and relationship with the material.
The artist holds a B.Ed. in Art Education from Chulalongkorn University and an MFA from Silpakorn University. He was awarded the Thailand-China Good Relationship Builder of the 15th NANMEE Fine Arts Award (2021) and for his creative sculpture made from recycled plastic at Riverside Plaza (2019).
His work has been exhibited in several major cities in Thailand, South Korea, and France at Beaux-Arts de Paris (2022). His recent exhibitions were at Kate Contemporary (Spain, 2025), Jecheon Branch of the Korean Fine Arts Association (South Korea, 2025) and at La Lanta Fine Art (Bangkok, 2024)
