Return Policy

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, simply take a digital photo of the item and of the shipping packaging it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send to

Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. You will receive an email from us with an update and steps on how to proceed.

Refund policy

We accept returns for products damaged during shipping. Returns for other reasons are determined on a case-by-case basis. Send us an e-mail at and we will review your request and get back to you within 2 working days.

Please note, however, that shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping policy

  1. We ship internationally.
  2. The products are shipped out of Thailand. Shipping costs are based on your shipping address. The cost is determined by the volume of the item you are purchasing, as well as the delivery location.
  3. For customers ordering from outside Thailand, any relevant duties and taxes will be charged upon delivery of the items by your local authority.
  4. All products ship within 14-21 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. When your item has shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number so that you can track the status of your shipment.

Once you have been notified that your work has shipped, you can use the tracking number provided to track the estimated delivery date.
