Ploenchan Vinyaratn

Thai

Ploenchan founded her own company, Beyond Living, that started with uniquely nature-inspired collections for the export market, then developed exclusive designs for hotels and resorts. Her creations, ranging from art installations to products, always use textile as a primary medium. She pushes the boundary in combining different materials from brass, aluminum, and wood to recycled paper, plastic, and stained glass.

She held her first solo art exhibition titled WOMB at Serindia Gallery, Bangkok in 2015. Her large scaled mixed-media art installation titled Nestscape was featured as the entryway of Art Stage Singapore 2016 in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. In 2020, she had a solo exhibition titled The Sea Ghost and Beyond at Nova Contemporary, Bangkok.
