Stone, scrap metal, and horn

Thaiwijit’s ongoing practice to salvage used materials and give them a second life is evident in this assemblage.  The sculpture is comprised of elements that have personal meaning to the artist; the metal piece was hung previously on a wall in his house, the horn was a gift from his friend and the stone was found in the land nearby his studio.
